Poor Construction Quality – Disappointed with Shilp Group Just moved into my new flat(Shilp Ananta) by Shilp Group and already regretting it. The plaster is so bad it feels like it’s made of just sand — no strength at all. Walls are already leaking, and damp patches are showing up everywhere. For a brand like Shilp, this kind of poor build quality is shocking. Buyers, please be cautious and inspect thoroughly before investing. A good name doesn't always mean good work!

I regret buying a property at Shilp Ananta. The construction quality is subpar, and it’s clear that proper planning was not done. There are serious plumbing and seepage issues, which shouldn’t happen in a new project. The internal roads are narrow and poorly designed, making movement within the premises very difficult. They also seem to have no proper understanding of how vehicles should enter and exit the basement — it’s a daily struggle. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend visiting their previous projects as a benchmark. What you see there doesn’t reflect quality or foresight. Think twice before investing your hard-earned money with the Shilp Group.

Please don’t waste your hard earn money and important time here just do better and more research for your home & 5try another (small) builders or another scheme, If you see Builder name SHILP written anywhere, run away from there immediately. 😂because you will definitely regret regret and regret about your purchase, pathetic Service AND longest Delayed positions. so if you wish to buy a home your dream home then just stay away from Shilp. They are just doing business they don’t care about your feeling about your home. Zero star for Shilp Ananta
