Edit. Company did rectify the problem and completed the job as planned. Review updated, thank you I had contacted this company based on their reviews to come and do My exterior Windows. I received a confirmation email of the time of 10:30am on the Wednesday so I prepared to make sure the dogs were locked up that day, and then I received another message saying that they were coming at 4:30 pm. that’s fine but I needed to know what time they were actually coming just so that I could keep the dogs away from the outside. I then got another message from the company asking what I wanted for services and to book an appointment so I mentioned I now had two appointments booked and confirmed and I just wanted confirmation of time. Apparently their system wasn’t working for scheduling so fair enough I get that happens so I said you’re supposed to be coming today (Wednesday) The lady apologized and said no problem we will for sure be there today. I said great, I got home at 8 o’clock at night and found that they had not arrived. There was no message to apologize for not showing up. I sent an email stating that they hadn’t shown and it is now Thursday and still nothing so I find that very bad customer service. regardless of what a great job they Might have done I can’t recommend this company :(

Ready for spring!!!! Thank you to the two amazing gentlemen that cleaned our windows inside and out, our siding and our deck and patio. Well done!!! I would love to provide their names but sadly can't find the confirmation email of who would be taking such good care of our home. I only hope they get the proper recognition. They were fast, efficient, friendly and left no mess behind. Thank you!!!

Expect them to arrive over an hour later than scheduled appointment time. Windows were clean, screens had fuzz embedded in a number of them, white residue lines on a few, the larger ones had been stretched out quite a bit and the screens are no longer tight in the frame. Had to rewash about 50% of the screens. They do not have the proper ladders to clean a 3-story house on a slope. Sketchy unsafe methods, including taking apart my retaining wall and using bricks from it to prop up a ladder leg. This is an accident waiting to happen. Then they didn't re-assemble my retaining wall properly, missing piece found in the side yard.
