The service was great. Pleasant workers who were very nice to deal with. The reason for the 4 star rating was the price. It cost me $25 to send 2 belts from Iowa to Idaho. That was ground shipping and I was told that it was the most inexpensive way to ship it. I don't know about anyone else, but that seems extremely high to me. The next time I don't have a shipping label, I will be using the USPS.

I was given the name of this business from Tassel Ridge Winery when I needed to ship 3 bottles of wine to Pennsylvania. Due to legal restrictions this isn't an easy process. When I first called the business on Jan 20, 2020, I wasn't given accurate information from a worker. Luckily, I called back 6 days later and spoke with the owner who gave me accurate information and was MOST friendly and helpful in getting the wine shipped to the appropriate place. I believe the owner was going to make sure all her workers had accurate information from now on for my type of situation. I would have given 5 stars had I not been misdirected at first.

Ship IT! Always is helpful. With their database, unless I'm shipping to someplace new, I don't have to constantly look up addresses. They are always looking for the most economical shipping solutions. Their people are always cordial.

Try to use the post office, not this UPS store. I returned textbooks I rented, and I told them two books were supposed to be mailed to a different address. They told me they will take care of it and send them directly to the correct shipping address. Now I have been charged a total of $85.45 because of the late fees (If they made it to the correct address the would not have been late), and calling the companies the books were sent to, to send the books back, so I may once again send them to the correct companies. The workers are mediocre with their organization to deliver to the correct places. If you have more than one address to ship the books to; use the post office, please.
