Avoid at all costs as they will lose your inventory and overcharge you with convoluted invoice layouts. This company is anything but "ShipCalm", it's more like 'ShipAnxiety" because they are very scammy with their business tactics.
Will cause loss of revenue! Horrible communication, receiving errors, shipping errors you name it. Everything you don’t want in a 3PL provider. Full of sales people selling you on promises and services that never become reality. Lies on receiving time lies on shipping times all lies. Look at their original Carlsbad location reviews for reference.
NOT for FBA sellers. Ever since they bought River Source location it went downhill. Storage rate went up 53% without any notice overnight. At the end of the year the warehouse ended up with a loss of high selling inventory value over $45K. Reporting is a mess. Pricing is unclear and outrageous. Looks like an impudent setup.
Don't be fooled by the previous reviews. They were written prior to Shipcalm acquiring River Source Logistics. Shipcalm is a complete s h i t show from start to finish. Do not let Brandon in sales convince you otherwise or anybody on their team for that matter. Over promises, over billing, and lack of accountability from the floor up to the CEO, Greg. Been in supply chain for 10 years and I was completely duped. Don't make the same mistake we did. A joke of a 3PL.
