I ordered a whole case of cold brew coffee from hatch and not only did they all come in 24 hours (actually even less when you crunched the numbers), they actually rung the doorbell (high standard compared to Amazon) and there wasn’t a scratch on the box or on the products. Never have I ever had an enjoyable experience with a shipping company until now. I hope that this company becomes mainstream. 10^24/10

My shopping date was the next day...I got it 2 days later.... ok, no big deal. My parcel was just left at the front door. No knock, no door bell nothing. If it hadn't been for my dog barking I would not have know it was delivered.

ZERO stars! Got a notification mid afternoon that my package would be delivered today. Still no package at 8pm. I contact customer service via chat. Agent tells me the driver is on his way to my house now. 9pm comes and still no package. I ask chat agent for an ETA. He then tells me due to a technical issue in there system that my package is actually set to be delivered tomorrow. It shouldn't have showed that it was coming today. Weird because an hour earlier he told me the driver was on his way to my house with my package. Fine. Tomorrow it is. While laying in bed, I get a text at 10:34pm showing my packing sitting on my front steps. I live on one of the busiest streets in the city. I had to run downstairs to get it because no way it lasts 10 minutes there. I don't understand how anyone thinks making deliveries at this time of night is acceptable.
