My family and I have been loyal customers at Shipping and Beyond for years, and I just wanted to share my experience with you. The owner is absolutely amazing! She’s always got a warm smile and is always ready to chat with her customers. And let me tell you, the service is lightning fast! Today was a special day for my Step Dad. As it was his first day out to Shipping and Beyond since he became disabled, and I was struggling to get him in. But guess what? As soon as she saw us at the door, she sprang into action! She ran over to help us, holding the door open and assisting me to get him inside. We turned his wheelchair around and backed him into the store. And as we got in, ready to ship our packages, she was there as always, smiling and friendly as ever. We had a lovely chat while she got our packages ready. And we were in and out in no time. She helped us out as we were leaving too, holding the door open for us and noticing we were going next door to Conte Di Savoia. So, she ran over again to hold the door open for us there and helped me get him inside. This woman is truly incredible! She makes her customers feel like family. I can’t recommend Shipping and Beyond enough. If you’re looking for a friendly and helpful store, look no further! 10/10 Recommend.
