I own a 7 figure business and hired a 3PL to handle the logistics of a few hundred over sized products (150+ lbs) arriving in 10+ containers in 2023. The 3PL used Lotus Terminals as the warehouse and we had a negative experience and would not recommend. One issue we faced was the lack of replies when emailing, calling, leaving voicemails when a container was trying to be scheduled for delivery ahead of time. This caused several delays for days, and extra fees we had to pay. We also had several containers rejected as well, even when an appointment was made. Feedback was provided but no changes were made so we continue to experience the same issues. *this communication issue occurred before the Port Strike and there doesn’t seem to be any timeliness on how they reply. We would request inventory checks once every few months. To get an inventory check, it would take a few weeks. If you’re looking for good communication, and timeliness, I would look elsewhere.

They always provide Excellent service with helping us track our loads acroos the country to being very punctual with delivery times once it is in there hands. Terra( may be spelled improper) is amazing at customer service and is always a pleasure to deal with in all regards
