Absolutely terrible, had my packaged shipped through Midland and had to be home to sign, for 4 days now I've been told they will be delivered and that I have to sign and each day when I call at the end of the day to ask where they are I've been give excuses as to why they weren't delivered. If you can't deliver the package say so so I don't waste time and money, if I could give 0 stars I would.

Package tracking doesn't work. My very expensive package is who knows where, on top of being well over a week late on delivery. I didn't think anyone could be worse than DHL.

They were chosen by a merchant to delivery a product, “ policy 2-3 days “ Then they pass off the item to a sub contractor , my item now lost in the system , I called the merchant I bought the item , I’ve Been told they lose stuff often , save your time and just ship thru Canada post .
