We had an amazing experience with Shivank and team! They did our pre-wedding shoot, and the pictures and videos turned out more than beautiful- truly beyond our expectations. Even though we’re not very photogenic, they managed to bring out the best of us with their creativity and patience. All the content was delivered right on time, and the quality exceeded all our expectations. We’re truly grateful for their work and can’t wait to have them capture our wedding moments soon! A Bullying Tactic, Not a Professional Service I booked Shivank Jalan Photo Gallery for my brother's wedding reception, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First, the quality of the photos was shockingly poor for the amount of money we paid. My brother detailed this in his review. However, the unprofessionalism of the photos was surpassed by the company's disgusting response to our honest, critical review. Instead of addressing the concerns or offering to make things right, the owner, Shivank Jalan, publicly threatened me and my brother with LEGAL ACTION. Let me be clear: they are threatening to sue a customer for leaving a negative review. This is a blatant attempt to intimidate and silence feedback. They claim his review is "fake" and "defamation," when it is simply his truthful experience. Their response proves they care more about their online image than their customers' satisfaction. They try to blame the budget, but we paid for the package we agreed upon. A professional business would handle criticism with grace, not with legal threats. Do not make the same mistake we did. A company that responds to bad reviews by threatening to sue its customers cannot be trusted. Spend your money with a photographer who respects their clients and stands behind their work, instead of trying to bully them into silence. We deeply regret hiring them for such an important event.

I booked them for my engagement function, but I didn’t find their work as professional or punctual as their charges suggested. The pictures and videos were quite average — less colorful and slightly faded. I even had to re-edit them before posting on my Instagram account. Their contract was detailed like a constitution, but when it came to actual deliverables, it didn’t match the same standard. I received my album after 4 months, even though the promised delivery time was 1 month. The album photos were also dull and lacked brightness. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with their work.

Had a terrible experience with them for my reception photos. Do not hire them for big events they sent rookies to click picture. For a professional photographer you would expect they would shoot "RAW". These guys shot in JPEG so can't do much with editing. They were using basic cameras and lenses. Half of the candid pictures had subject's eyes closed or weird facial expressions. I booked them based on their Instagram page and reviews but got deceived.
