Until you place order he will speak and respond well, once you make the payment his attitude changes. This guy sent us defective caps which was not fitting for the jars and bottles, when asked he asked to send back the material but he never sent us back the replacement materials. And after no proper answer for calls. Stay away from this fraudulent company!

Warning: Fraudulent Company – Avoid at All Costs I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. After placing a bulk order, not only did I receive the wrong products, but several items were also missing from multiple boxes. To make matters worse, once the payment was made and the delivery was completed, the company completely stopped responding to calls and messages. Their customer service is non-existent after the sale, and there seems to be no intention to resolve complaints or rectify their mistakes. This kind of behavior clearly indicates a fraudulent operation. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid dealing with this company to prevent financial loss and frustration. Always verify seller credibility before placing large orders.
