Absolutely horrendous experience. I was waiting for a very time sensitive medical package. They messed up, I still don't know if they put it on the wrong truck, or if the truck driver cannot follow simple work task. It was unclear from the customer service "representatives" who were the rudest human beings I've ever seen. They refused to tell me what their names were, treated me like crap. They treated me like it was MY MISTAKE, NOT THEIRS. The worst experience ever.

During the height of the pandemic, only DHL would ship my package to my dear friend in Norway. The guy in the store was extremely friendly and assured me that my friend would receive the package. She did. A1. Thanks buddy. It was April 2020

Dhl cannot find my address 2 days in a row driver called me up for directions he was 2 blocks away passed my place and then he decided to come by an hour later but did not show up and used an excuse wrong address now it's day three and no package this is unacceptable especially when I saw him drive by 60 miles an hour no wonder they don't see the address this guy should be fired or get someone that knows directions worst service ever I should be compensated

Don't know about this location but DHL as a whole is just horrendous. They give you numbers for customer service in the US so you get long distance charges without knowing until your bill comes in, they give packages to other companies to deliver for them that do t deliver to certain addresses and overall, if you do talk to someone the blame gets passed to another company everytime. They even tried to charge me duty fees on something that hadn't even been inspected by Canada Customs, and which ended up having no duty fees after all. Be very wary of anything DHL!
