I have witnessed their work in procurement department handled by Rahul as everything fresh like purple potatoes, sweet red chilli for chilli jam as used in Gaggan Anand restaurant in Thailand, palm heart', white turnip etc are the rare vegetables available within few hours , system & modern kitchen set up like dehydrator of Excalibur brand,ISI espuma, korin brand knife n cutting board,all electronic cooking range are all arranged by Viswa within budget. Also has focus completely on day to day effective working of the equipments without Chef's headache. Vinod has special role of in the cocktail pairing with the food fusing resh juice ,kumkart, berries,rose apple using fermentation process and greeting guests and know their preferences( likes and dislikes taste buds).
