I took my Mini Cooper S in for a full set of brake pads and I couldn't fault these guys. They replaced the pads and also reset all the fault codes on the car. They did the work for nearly half the price as the main dealer quoted. It's refreshing when a garage quotes a price and sticks to it and does the work exactly as requested - with no BS upselling. I'll definitely be using them again in future.

Had my vehicle booked in on line at short notice for diagnostic and glow plug replacement. In short the whole process was dealt with very quickly, I was advised of my options, and was able to make the right decision for me. The whole process was painless, would not hesitate to recommend Ivydene, Jayden on the front desk was a total gentleman to deal with , very helpful , knowledgeable ,facilitating and friendly.

Dont agree with their pricing... and extra faults they found(wheel bearing, bent wheel rims etc)..cant be sure if the fault actually existed or not but...just had to take my car outta there.....+£2000 grand and some change as well to the exact pence as well .... wow...just wow...fixed it myself at the end by just spraying grease on the pedal.

Very good and will hopefully be back in this week for more work. The staff have very good people skills and are good at explaining things in a coherent way. The mechanic often calls to explain the details before carrying out any additional work needed, which is reassuring. The friendly and calm approach they have makes the stressful experience of car problems a little bit better. I'm no expert on prices but they seem reasonable too. 2022: Just had a service and still good. Very cheerful people. Thanks 👍 2023: Still great
