Not a lot of folks have had as much service from Sierra James as I’ve had. I lost my home in a fire nearly 2 years ago. I struggled to find a restoration company that I felt would deliver on all aspects of the rebuilding process. When selecting a company, your insurance will likely have a list of preferred vendors to perform the work, these are usually more advantageous to them in some way. Sierra James was not on that list, but one of the insurance agents went out of their way to recommend them due to their reputation for obtaining outstanding results. I could not be happier with my decision. Every phase of the project was carried out with tremendous transparency, focus, and craftsmanship. All sub contractors were top notch. Never did I feel out of the loop or uninvolved. And when I needed help, they went out of their way to fill the gaps of my understanding. When you hire them, you aren’t just hiring a construction company, your project manager will act as a subject matter expert on how to navigate the complexities of the insurance claim. They took on so much more on that side of the process than I ever would’ve anticipated, and it allowed me to focus on the personal property side of the claim. I also worked with their remodel and new construction division to complete an ADU on the lot, and every word of praise mentioned above held true with that division of Sierra James. My project manager was attentive to every detail to the highest degree. To Frank, Melissa, Stephen, Michael, Charlie and all others involved, I cannot thank each of you enough for making a tough circumstance into a positive outcome.

We just completed a primary bathroom remodel with Sierra James, and are very happy with the results. Brad was our PM throughout and he kept us up to date with frequent and open communication. He also promptly dealt with any questions or concerns. Lewis was also a life saver when it came to attention to detail, quality of work, and dealing with the punch list especially at the end. Our project also came in under budget, which feels virtually unheard of these days! I appreciated the financial transparency and was able to track our progress on both the shared schedule and budget sheets. Will absolutely work with Sierra James and Brad and the team again.

We had a leak in our crawlspace that Sierra James, and specifically Seth and his team, led the restoration on. We were extremely satisfied with the level of service. They were easy to schedule very quickly, on time, very communicative (over text and email), and we felt like we knew exactly what would happen when. We were also happy with the quality of the product. Even after the remediation and repairs were done, they were good partners to us in working directly with our insurance. After we had a toilet overflow and it leaked from the upstairs into the downstairs, I had no idea where to start. A friend recommended Sierra James and I couldn't have been happier. Unfamiliar with the insurance process I had no idea what to expect. Kaelib came and assessed the situation and walked me through what the process would look like. Hannah led me through the insurance process and when my adjuster went AWOL Hannah followed through with my insurance company until someone new was assigned. Steve and Merrit helped me with every step of the rebuild process, even when I threw them a curveball and wanted to remodel another bathroom in the house while the insurance work was being done. Steve was very communicative, kept me informed, managed the sub contractors, and completely finished the punch list at the end. I'm so happy with the work that was done! Thank you!
