The vinyl decals I bought are very high quality and I'm VERY happy with them! One negative point: I placed an online order and completed the order over the phone. I stopped by in person to see when the order would be ready and I was told it would be ready later that same (Friday) afternoon. I returned on Monday afternoon to pick up the order but they forgot to do the order on Friday and had not started the job as of that moment on Monday. The positive outcome of the negative point: The store manager worked and executed the order themselves and ensured I received my order completely. The manager also did not charge me for the order! I was very impressed with Signarama's efforts and desire to "fix" the situation and make it right. Thank you!!!!

Great customer service. Mr. and Mrs. Hammer are very courteous and vibrant. Thank you for the swift production of the banners. They were admired by everyone.
