After looking at a lot of contractors we chose Scott and his team to renovate our kitchen. We had an outdated 90s kitchen that they turned into a beautiful centerpiece of our house. This project required gutting everything (including removing structural walls and putting in new beams) and they had experts every step of the way. They had the best design and were priced reasonably for the quality. Sam and his team of contractors were not only second to none from a quality perspective, but were also very kind and professional and a pleasure to have in the house. Nearly a year later, I am still so glad we chose to have our kitchen renovated by this team.

For anyone considering a renovation, I highly encourage you to work with Scott Meier and Signature Home Kitchen & Bath Remodeling. Earlier this year, we embarked on a journey of designing and creating my dream kitchen – as well as opening up my entire floor plan (knocked out walls, moved a door, added a fireplace, built-ins, and a window). Scott helped turn my vision into reality – and his keen eye for design was integral throughout the process. He and his team are professional and experienced – and very easy to work with. There was always a great flow of communication – and even when I needed help with small side projects, Scott was there to assist. His judgement is on point – and he often challenged me to rethink ideas – and I’m glad because the result speaks for itself. We stayed on budget and while a renovation can be scary and overwhelming, I felt confident throughout the process working with Scott.

Scott and Sam along with their crews did amazing work in our 40 year old townhome. They removed walls, completely remodeled two bathrooms, a master closet and completed an amazing kitchen remodel. They handled everything from demo, flooring replacement, paint, electrical updates, fixture and appliance replacements, interior and exterior door replacements and truly made our Olde Georgetown home Brand New! It was a 3 month project and we couldn't have been happier with process or result. They were amazing to work with and I highly recommend them for any project, big or small!

I was pretty grouchy when our project finished, so I didn't write a review then; I wanted to get some perspective. It's been a year now, and I'm still grouchy. First of all, the remodel was crazy-late. I get that this often happens, but we're talking months off schedule. Incredibly annoying and inconvenient. Also, the customer service from the sales rep was just awful. Our calls and texts would go unanswered for a week. Honestly, it felt like the only times we saw him were when it was time for us to make another payment. 🙄 Thus far, we have one kitchen drawer that is cockeyed and opens at a weird slant. The hanging bar in our coat closet literally came out from the wall. They cut off electricity to our doorbell while installing the screen door. (It still doesn't chime.) And the slider for our recycling doesn't open enough to actually get the bag out, making it useless. One good thing: All of the people who actually did the work on our remodel were really nice (thus 2 stars instead of 1). Still, the work hasn't exactly held up. I chose Signature because of their good ratings, so I felt the need to write this and hopefully help others avoid spending money on subpar work.
