Terrible customer service. No communication about the replacement order for damaged goods, no ownership of responsibility, and constant blame-shifting. I will never use them again and strongly warn others not to. This business does not value customers, and makes you chase them for answers at every step.

Disappointing and dishonest. We bought an Arctic Spa for hydrotherapy and have experiences only stress and frustration dealing with the sales team. Trying to get the purchase fixed or serviced while under warranty has been a series of visits and calls met with avoidance and frank lies. The team says to write a note so the manger can follow up, no reply. Visits in person result in promises that a tech will visit, no tech. After multiple calls, notes, and in-person visits there has been no reply or help or direction servicing this purchase which was a major expense. This business feels like a scam, happy to sell something and make a commission and then zero follow-up or help. Unacceptable.

I bought a TV and had the best customer service I have had in years. Not happy with my TV..Anmol swapped it out and also made 2 trips to my home to help with setup. He brought Ken with him the second time and they made my life easy. I would highly recommend this business as they really cared about my satisfaction.. well done gentleman 👍
