0 Zero stars!!! On monday 6-2-2025 I verbally agreed with the owner to pay for logo design and business cards services.At that time,the owner assured me he would work on the design that same night and that the buisness cards would be ready by 6-10-2025 tues. However, as off today have only received a draft logo text image and NO completed business cards, Despite repeated requests and reminders, the owner has NOT fulfilled the agreed upon services. The owner has also indicated that i would need to sign a one-year agreement to obtain full rights to the logo. Which was NOT clearly discussed initially. Additionally, the owner has refused to provide a refund eventhough only a draft logo was delivered and NO contract was ever signed. Throughout this process, communication has been very unprofessional, including the use of mocking emojis in our exchanges. I am very disappointed with the LACK of follow through and PROFESSIONALISM demonstrated by the owner. I would advise others considering working with this business to request a WRITTEN CONTRACT before making any PAYMENTS and to CLARIFY ALL TERMS regarding Deliverables and intellectual Property Rights.
