I am extremely disappointed with the construction quality of the apartment built by this builder. The materials used are of very low quality, and the poor workmanship is visible throughout the property. The plumbing work is especially terrible — there are frequent leaks, and the drainage system is a complete failure. The worst experience has been with the bathroom. Due to faulty plumbing, dirty water flows back into the house, causing serious hygiene issues and damaging our belongings. We lost several valuable items because of this, and the builder has not taken any responsibility or offered a proper solution. What’s even more frustrating is their attitude after the sale. They only focus on selling the flats, but provide no support or service once the purchase is complete. Any complaints or follow-ups are ignored, and customer support is completely unresponsive. I strongly advise others not to buy flats from TNCD, especially any projects under TNCD. The quality is substandard, and the lack of after-sales service makes it a very poor investment. I do not recommend this builder to anyone. if there is any change of giving negative feedback, i would have give -100 or more.

I have bought 2BHK flat at Prime City @ prime location. Affordable price, worth the cost. And the facility manager Mr. Thirukumaran is friendly and resolves the problems on priority af sales.
