Over the year I've generally had great interactions with the pharmacists. Friendly, helpful. Today however an individual from billing and of course did not say her name was extremely rude. Regarding my mom's overdue bill..... there's been a mail strike why let it reach $300 I would have paid it much sooner. I pay it any other time I get a bill. The aggressive and rude tone is so inappropriate for a large pharmacy.

I received a bill for my Mother for $100 with no description gor the charges. The bill basically said you owe us $104. FOR WHAT???? I'm pretty sure there are consumer protection laws against this, you are required by law to put a description in the bill.

Joslin was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed about my mother’s prescription. My mother is in a LTC and receives her prescription from Silver Fox. It can be very difficult navigating all the communication channels especially prior to a Long weekend in order to feel at ease that my mother will receive her meds in time. She understood my concern, followed through, and even took the time to call back after hours in order to ensure I felt at ease. This is exceptional service and hard to find these days. She embodies dedication and compassion! Thank you Joslin for your support, we need more customer service angels like you!

prices are very high for Tylenol and Vitamin D. Billing department are rude and not very helpful
