t was a very disappointing stay. Despite paying a considerable amount for just a night’s accommodation, the experience did not meet the expected standards. The TV in the room was not working, and even after notifying the staff to have it recharged, no action was taken. Moreover, the amenities that were clearly mentioned on the website were not available in the room. Basic essentials such as soaps and toiletries were missing, which made the stay highly inconvenient and unsatisfactory. Overall, the services provided were far below what was promised.

This place is a scam and not safe at all. The staff is unprofessional, and I've seen them drunk every evening, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The service is extremely poor, and they don't care about guest satisfaction. I ended up wasting my money here, and it was a horrible experience overall. The rooms were subpar, and there was no effort to maintain cleanliness or comfort. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone—save your money and book somewhere else!

I recently stayed here for 02 days. Worst ever stay of mine in any of the hotels as of now. Few points I would like to state here for consideration. 1. The hotel is in one of the bungalow plot. It doesn’t carry signage of Hotel name outside the premises. 2. They serve the tap water/RO water for drinking refilled in the water bottles of mineral water 3. They do not have restaurants of their own in the hotel so forget about timely services on the food orders. 4. Water supplies in the bathrooms is of very low pace specifically of the geyser hot water line and it may easily take 10 minutes to fill in 15 litres of a water bucket 5. Staff is totally unprofessional and always finding reasons to delay or cancel the services you requested for. 6. You will need to wait atleast for an hour if you order the food. 7. In general concept you get the bill/invoice while checking out but in this property I had to follow up for almost 10 hours after checking out from the hotel and that also after so much of follow up with them. Reception staff is not able to give you the bill and bill will come only on WhatsApp if you are lucky…!!!! 8. I don’t understand how come professional company like MakemyTrip have given this property 4.2 rating which even do not deserve 2.5 rating given on the merits.I request them to revalidate the same again as per current situation on ground. I strongly recommend not to select your stay here if you want to enjoy your stay at Noida.

The owner is a fraud. Initially, he told us he was converting the 4th floor into a PG, but after receiving all payments, he failed to provide any facilities. The kitchen is a mess, and I will attach photos as evidence, there was a mouse in the soybean curry. The owner has taken no action and doesn't care about the people staying there. It's a fraudulent operation. If you're considering staying here, avoid it at all costs. Spend an extra 500 at another hotel, but don't stay here.
