I give this company 5 star because me personally I had great time working with the dispatchers and the Fleet manager. And I spoke to the owner He's a very humble and nice person. Everyone has different experiences so I cannot speak for everyone as for me, had a wonderful time while there They gave me the miles The dispatchers were extraordinary NEDEIM IS A GREAT DISPATCHER. well experience fleet manager knows his stuff very sharp The owner is a humble guy that's all I can say. One recommendation the lady incharge of the orientation She needs to look at things through other people's perspective, not her own perception. I was only with them for a very short time. The equipment was awesome. New trucks. New trailers. Dispatch would call every morning for an update and then leave you to drive. Any breakdown issues were dealt with quickly. All in all an overall good company. Always room for improvememt but then again who doesnt have that.

Don’t recommend anyone to work for this company they don’t know how to talk to you and they don’t know how to treat they drivers they flew me way from Texas say I was approved for lease purchase I taked my drug screen and all completed orientation. I ACCIDENTALLY FOR GOT TO PACK SHOWS IN MY BAG, I TOLD THEM I WOULD BUY ME SOME IF I HAVE TO I JUST NEED A RIDE THEY REFUSE TO BRING ME TO WALMART 3.3 miles to buy me some with my own money . THE STAFF TOLD ME ITS NOT THEY RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING ME ANYWHERE THEY REFUSED. TWO DAYS IN THE HOTEL FOR THEM TO SAY WE LETTING ME GO AND TOLD ME GET OUT THE ROOM AND THAT THEY WAS GOING CALL THE HOTEL TO PUT ME OUT I WAS TOLD BY SILVER TRUCKING FIND MY OWN WAY BACK HOME AND 5 mins later the hotel clerk came banging on the door saying I have to get out. My fiancé had to drive 12 hours to come get me so I had to walk 3 miles with my suit case to another hotel and pay for me a room. I WAS LEFT IN THE COLD WAY IN PONTOON IL WHERE IDK ANYONE IT WAS SNOWING. 7years of driving this is the 2 worst company I ever delt with . DONT drive for them they will lie to you have you waiting for trucks they claim they got and don’t have. I WILL NOT LIE TO MY FELLOW DRIVES PLS LISTEN TO ME OR YOU WIL END UP JUST LIKE ME
