I had insurance policy from big billyard from three years and everything was good. This year I told my broker Manal that I do not want to continue with insurance company and please cancel my policy. I donot know what happen but my policy was not cancelled. So, I called them second time and informed broker Muskan to cancel policy. She sent me docs, i signed it. But Insurance company deducted amount and bank charged me NSF because my current insurance company also deducted money on same day. I called broker Muskan again and informed what happened but she did not listen to me and blamed insurance company. I asked her to transfer call to supervisor but she said we do not have supervisor. Now I have to pay money because of their negligence. I was expecting better customer service from them. This is very unprofessional and I will not recommend BIG BILLYARD to anyone.
