My husband and I got married on 11/25/23 at Excelsior in Lancaster PA and Simple Soiree was the perfect fit for our wedding day. Kaci was the heart and soul of the vendor team at our wedding day and we couldn't have been more thrilled with her and her team's work. As someone who has known Kaci through working with her professionally, it's no coincidence I hired her to be my own wedding planner. She is responsive, no matter how far out from your wedding you are. She cares if you're worried or anxious about something, and gets you answers, even if they aren't pressing for the time. Kaci really keeps the mental peace for brides and she remains calm, cool, and collected through the process. She is innovative with suggestions, takes care of logistics you didn't know existed, and does it all with the biggest smile and sweetest demeanor. She sat in on every meeting, took many of my phone calls, brainstormed solutions, and made the entire process incredible. We booked her for partial planning so that we were in contact more frequently and it was beyond anything we could've asked for. Kaci communicated with all our vendors for us, set everything up, knew exactly my vision for the day. My family members still are raving about her and how amazing she was. If anything at my wedding went wrong- I don't even know! She made it perfect. I look up to Kaci so much as a person and as a fellow vendor, and so having her do my wedding was such an honor. We are forever grateful for the friend and person she is, you can tell that she was born for this industry.

Where do I even begin!? Noah and I hired Kaci with Simple Soiree as our day-of wedding coordinator TWO years before our wedding date of 9.17.22 and I felt like we had a Full-Time wedding planner from day ONE. Kaci set me up with their planner system from the beginning, which made planning over the last two years a dream, and she always made me her priority anytime I had questions (even though our day was so far away). On our wedding day, Kaci and her assistant Michaela made ALL my visions come to life and every little detail I planned was executed perfectly! Overall, you know that you hired the right wedding planner when you have a huge sense of relief when you see them arrive in your bridal suite the morning of. My now husband had 14 groomsmen (I had 8 bridesmaids) and from the very start of the weekend, she organized and got ALL 14 men to listen to her. We cannot recommend Kaci with Simple Soiree enough!! We worked with Amy for our wedding and she was amazing! She made it easy for us to enjoy the day because we knew that there was someone there who was dealing with all the stuff behind the scenes. I can't imagine how it would have gone without her & Michaela! They're also very skilled decorators, we didn't have a big plan for the sweetheart table (it actually didn't really occur to us until like three days before) and Amy & Michaela just worked some magic with what we brought and exceeded our expectations. But the BEST part about working with Amy, Michaela, and Simple Soiree is that they were genuinely invested in us - they truly care about what they do and it was amazing to work with people who were just as happy and excited to see us get married as our families and friends were! It felt like Amy cared about making the day special because she cared about us and wanted us to have a positive experience and not just because she was doing her job. In our first meeting with Amy we told her the story of how my husband proposed and she said "I just love love!" It really comes through when working with her that that's why she does this - she loves love! We would recommend Simple Soiree to anyone planning a wedding - they were a huge part of why we were able to enjoy the day so much.
