I worked with this company to help showcase Albuquerque, New Mexico with a small group of other content creators. The experience was absolutely exceptional, and I’d highly recommend any tourism board or company work with Simply Social Media, and recommend content creators jump at the chance to work with them as well! Here’s a rundown of a few areas I found most impressive and helpful: Communication This company stood out from the start based on their communication. It was all via email and was extremely prompt, professional, and friendly. lI found them to be totally open and honest about expectations before being chosen for their project, and they followed up during the timeframe they said they would. After being chosen, they anticipated all our questions and needs and were one step ahead of us. I’ve never had a company go to the lengths they did to make sure we understood everything happening and ensure we were prepared and on-time. I was most impressed with them sharing a complete itinerary with timing, activities, and links to companies and their social media handles for each individual on our trip, based on them and their timing/needs. Organization I’ve never worked with a company that was so on top of things. I think ever — not even just within this industry. After communicating so well, everything was completely planned out down to the minute and every detail. Aside from a dinner that took a little longer than anticipated (which they couldn’t do anything about), everything ran like absolute clockwork. This is during every step of the project too - including 1) getting all the information we could need or want beforehand, 2) knowing everything about the itinerary and having it all unfold exactly as anticipated, 3) sending us reminders about the content creation guidelines and helpful tips, and 4) ensuring we all submitted the proper information to get paid. I’ve just never seen anything like it. Group dynamic Something this company did that I’ve never seen anyone else do was carefully curate who they worked with. It clearly wasn’t just based on who could create good content and tell good stories via social media, but they also chose a small group of content creators who were all friendly, respectful, easygoing, and an absolute pleasure to be with. This is a very underrated skill that I think a lot of time and care goes into.

I recently went on my first influencer group trip with Simply Social to Angel Fire, NM and had such a wonderful time getting to explore a new town and have the opportunity to showcase it on my page. Amy and Caitlin do an amazing job at not only curating an amazing itinerary that allows you to appreciate the destination, but also curating an amazing group of content creators. Everyone was so kind and it was great having someone that can help you capture content. I will be joining Simply Social on another trip and I am thrilled to continue working with them. I highly recommend!
