I have used Red Isle for both a fence and carpentry. Craig impressed me from his first visit to assess our needs and I have no regrets about our decision to hire Red Isle for the work we needed done in our yard. Demetri the foreman was a pleasure to deal with and he made sure to follow up with us after the work was completed to get our feedback. Eric did the carpentry work for us and he went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the results. We had some additional work that needed to be done this year to part of our fence and Red Isle responded quickly and fit us in their busy schedule. Jeff responded and he was very personable and efficient. The customer service and quality of the work from Red Isle is excellent. I was also impressed by the punctuality of the crew and how they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Red Isle and will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a great experience working with Craig, Demetri and the rest of the Red Isle crew. We approached three contractors to get quotes on building a pergola in our back yard. One quoted over the phone a price that was three times what Red Isle quoted. The second said, “we’ll get back to you,” but didn’t. Craig was responsive and prompt in all our communications leading up to signing a contract. He came up with a plan that would meet our needs and was willing to go back and forth until we got it right. Red Isle handled all of the necessary permits, and that took the burden off us. The crew was fast, efficient, professional and tidy. We think they did excellent work and we’re impressed with the quality of construction and the materials used. We love our new pergola and it meets 3+ check marks - privacy, shade, wind break - and it’s beautiful. We’ve already had neighbours walk by and comment, asking who did the work. We’re happy to recommend Red Isle to anyone who asks.

Craig and his team did a wonderful job on a hardwood fence for our property. We had quite a few custom requests which were accommodated and executed well. The crew planned ahead and helped to solve issues before they became problems. Would hire again for additional work.

They were able to efficiently fit our schedule and completed the project in a few short days. They were extremely polite and professional and left us feeling at ease.
