My wife and I purchased the lot below our home to maintain our view of Mt.Hood. We designed an investment property and had the pleasure to work closely with Lou Pacino of Sinclair construction. He provided transparent bids for all phases of construction and his crews were excellent, providing professional work and attention to detail. Beyond the professional construction he was available at all times for all needs and concerns, providing superior guidance throughout the design and construction phases.....as well as after the project was completed. He stands bbq his work and remains available for help some three years following completion. What a pleasure to work with Lou.
