Had been dealing with shoulder pain over the last few years, which was getting progressively worse. After an assessment with Waleed, he worked on my shoulder right away and got me on a strength training program. He was able to address other imbalances and accurately diagnose the shoulder issue as a muscle impingement. It took a good 6-8 weeks of sticking to the physio program, working with the trainers at Concept of Movement, but months later I'm still symptom free and in better overall shape then when I started!
