After looking at the reviews, of many other stores..... I decided drop by. My 1st impressions were the staffs were smiling and patiently advise customers and guiding. Most of the other stores, they only want us to buy and go. But this store even though is a neighborhood store which I will really like to compliment about everything including the Boss, Lady Boss. They never show any megative attitude. I bought my birds from them. Through advice, recommendations and guidance. I pick up the birds happily and learn to have more bonding time with my kids and the birds... When I met with difficulties, the Boss and Lady Boss make me feel like their close friend. This is the shop I will really recommend you guys to go. Thank you
germaine -I bought a cage that was abit too small for my lovebird a few days ago and requested for an exchange of cage from goodwill birds shop. It was used but the shop people were very nice and allowed me to change the cage 🥹 thank you!! Highly recommend this shop because the people there were really nice and kind!!
Elina LeeGot a lovely and cute budgie from Goodwill Bird shop. Had an entire wonderful learning experience in choosing the little baby bird with the help from the experienced sellers. All the people working there are friendly and patient and humorous 🤣. Very thankful for their guidance and tips on taking care of our new little Budgie. Thumbs up 👍
Mun ChongBy bird lovers for bird lovers I have peace of mind when I go on holiday Even made special arrangement for me to collect my mynah on their off day - I'm extremely grateful Excellent and caring boarding services available for birds - housed in a separate area They even took the trouble experimenting with different fruits to try pampering my pet mynah that was boarding there for 12 days and I received regular video updates at least once a day via WhatsApp That was a huge assurance for me cos that was the first time my mynah was boarded out Very grateful for the cleanliness and personal touch they have for each and every individual bird under their care Wide range of bird feed, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Came all the way from Tampines to buy some bird feed for my mynah
