l am so happy that I found Jong from SINO-AFRICA to help arrange our first safari to Kenya. He helped to arrange an itinerary with all the places that we hoped to see, at a reasonable cost. He was very responsive to every email and his input was priceless on putting together the perfect safari for our family. He kept us informed and directed us on each step of our journey. He was willing to make several adjustments as we finalize our plans without complaint. Our family just finished our safari. Everything went as planned. We had a wonderful time, without any complications. Solomon, our driver, was the best. He spoke great English. He knew his territory and had respect for the animals. We felt safe with him, and we enjoyed his company. We saw so many animals - all of the big 5, and so many more. What a great trip. I will be recommending Sino-Africa, Jong, and Solomon to all my friends. I would not hesitate to plan any trips, especially the once in a lifetime vacation with this company. Thanks again Jong.

My partner and I just finished a 7 day private safari organised by Jong and guided by George. We're almost struggling for words to express what an amazing experience it's been. From the early interactions with Jong, we've had such a smooth planning process, even with this being our first ever safari. He prepared an itinerary that catered to our specific needs (to start in Nairobi but end in Mombasa) and covered all the things we were keen on seeing. He was also super responsive and gave us very clear instructions on the e-visa and QR codes we had to have ahead of the trip. We felt in safe hands throughout! Once in Nairobi, we met George who was our driver and guide for the 7 days. He was so fantastic! He is a skilled driver and very knowledgeable safari guide, friendly and funny, he was able to spot animals from afar, tell us about them and their interesting behaviours, and drive us to all the right spots. We were in a minivan and only upgraded to a 4x4 for one of the days in Masai Mara so we could go further into the bush (on his recommendation), and that was perfect for us. We ended up getting so lucky that we saw all the big 5 as well as lots and lots of other animals up close. A massive thank you to both Jong and George for one of the best trips we've ever been on! We'll almost certainly be back for more!

Cannot recommend this company enough! Such a high rating looks suspicious at first but after going on tour with them I see why. The owner, Jong, s very attentive, has our best interest in mind, and checks in on us every couple of days while we are on safari to make sure we are well taken care of. The driver he sent, Francis, is super experienced and passionate about his job. We had such a wonderful time and saw so many animals!! Since we visited during rainy season and May 2024 was particularly bad in terms of severe weather, and we had some hiccups, but Jong and Francis were very reliable and put in so much effort to ensure our safety. Their dedication to the job and commitment to us far exceeds expectations.

We had a great experience with Sino Africa Safari during our stay at Nairobi. The company was very considerate and professional, they arranged our tours to Naivasha Lake which was an amazing trip, the views were gorgeous and we saw a lot of wild animals such as hippos, zebra, goats, deers and all kinds of birds. The lunch was delicious and satisfying as well. We went to the Nairobi National Park the next day and was lucky enough to see lions and rhinoceros which were extremely hard to see, thanks to our great tour guide and driver Richard, who was very experienced and knew where to take us in the park. Not to mention thousands of other animals like Zebras, wild beasts, buffaloes and so on. We love’d it! Sino Africa Safari also recommended us a lot of fun places and good restaurants and local bars in the city which made our stay extremely chill and smooth. Will definitely return to this beautiful country and highly recommend this company. If you ever wanted to travel to Kenya, Sino Africa Safari would be the perfect choice for you! Looking forwards to our next trip back in here again!
