Sioux Empire Travel was exceptional throughout our trip. Tyson took our thoughts on what we wanted to do and found us multiple options to choose from. He was able to answer all of our questions about all of the resorts he showed us. When it came time to our actual trip, Tyson was available at any moment. We had issues with our rooms at at resort (we ended up staying in 3 different rooms for a 7 night stay) and when the resort wouldn't listen to us, even with video proof, I contacted Tyson. He took it into his own hands and contacted the resort many times, even to the point of him being in contact with the GM of the resort. If it wasn't for him, we would have never had our issues resolved. When I had questions on what to do with what the resort was offering us as compensation, Tyson answered his phone every time I called. In the past, we have booked trips on our own. This is the second time booking through Tyson. After this trip, we will no longer book on our own due to the amount of service and help he gave us throughout this last trip; we will be using Sioux Empire Travel every trip moving forward. If it weren't for his help, I feel that the trip would have been a horrible disaster. I know that the website that we normally book through on our own would have never gone to bat the way Sioux Empire Travel did for us.

Thank you Tyson Wharton for your excellent service. We did a 5 day get away to Los Cabos Mexico at Paradisus. The flights, reservation, transportation, and itinerary were very well planned and detailed. Our trip was smooth sailing because of Tyson’s planning and preparation. Tyson was absolutely fantastic to work with for our UK trip. He booked our flights and hotels for Edinburgh, London, Oxford, and Bath, and offered thoughtful recommendations along the way. What really stood out was how attentive and supportive he was—meeting with us twice over Zoom, listening closely to our needs, and even helping us navigate a last-minute cancellation due to a family emergency. Throughout the entire process, and even while we were abroad, he made us feel supported and cared for. We’d absolutely recommend Tyson to anyone looking for a stress-free, tailored travel experience.
