Superb service, I called them about a faulty window and they came out within 2 hours and couldn't have been more helpful. 5* customer service, from friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Jim explained the fault quoted a reasonable price to resolve it and sorted out the issue he also took the time to explain how to maintain it for the future. Came out to replace a back door lock we had no useable key for within hours of calling. Fixed it with no issues, advised me on a couple of extra bits and even gave the front door a quick once over for nothing. Very fair price, brilliant service, will be my go to from now on.
