Sisu Strength Academy

I never had a gym membership when joining Sisu as a 40-something year old. I completely stepped out of my comfort zone to try something new and unexpected. Going to Sisu every day is something I look forward to! I am continually challenged and have accomplished goals I didn’t think were possible. I am mentally and physically stronger than I have EVER been. Sisu provides everything that’s needed to be successful, and the coaches truly care about every member. You should give Sisu a try…it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it!

Joining SISU Strength Academy is one of the best decisions I have made for my health, both physically and mentally. After having my last child, I wanted to get my body back to being strong and healthy again and SISU has helped me do that. I know that I can come for class and get a workout that challenges and strengthens me within an hour time frame. Jeff and Nick know their stuff. I have worked with various trainers and different gyms in the DSM area and these guys are truly the best I’ve ever worked with. They are methodical in their planning of the workouts and have crafted them to not only make you stronger physically but mentally as well. They care about each and every person’s success and are always there to help answer any questions or support through the workouts. They also keep each workout entertaining—making you want to come back for more! Another thing that sets SISU apart is the community. Everyone is a team—encouraging each other and wanting each other to succeed. It is the most welcoming, supportive and fun place—you get FOMO if you have to miss a workout. I can’t say enough good things about SISU Strength Academy. You won’t be disappointed if you come try it out!!

Joining Sisu Strength Academy last June was one of the best decisions I’ve made. With the encouragement from a friend, I tried my first class and was hooked. I’m mentally and physically the strongest/healthiest I’ve ever been. What started as just a gym quickly became so much more. The energy, support, and community at Sisu are unmatched. The coaching staff is the best of the best. It doesn’t matter if you don’t live in Waukee- I used to drive 25 minutes there and back because it’s THAT good.
