I highly recommend Sit Means Sit Dog Training! Working with Dave has been a wonderful experience. He is an amazing trainer and his wealth of knowledge and understanding of dog behavior is incredible. He is very patient and does a great job explaining his training methods every step of the way. After only a handful of lessons, I have noticed significant improvement in my dog’s obedience and I feel much more confident handling my 120lb dog. No longer am I getting dragged around on walks or having him jump on people when they come over. If I could describe the training in one word, it would be INVALUABLE! Working with Dave has been a HUGE game changer for both me and my dog, and I only wish I had signed us up sooner!

We cannot thank Dave at Sit Means Sit enough! Our dog Rabbit, a 10 month old golden retriever, came back from training a completely changed pup. Before working with Dave, walking her was nearly impossible—she would constantly pull on the leash, making it especially difficult for me as I am 8 months pregnant. So I had no choice but to have my husband walk her. Dave worked wonders. After her time (2 weeks) with him, Rabbit came back calmer, more focused, and able to walk side by side with me—something I never thought would be possible. It was such a relief and gave me so much more confidence as we prepare to welcome a baby into the family. Dave was patient, professional, communicative with several updates and clearly passionate about helping dogs and their owners.
