Currently been using Trimble products in earthworks applications for a couple years now, purchased units from SiTech Eastern Canada a couple times. Sales hasn’t been the quickest to respond, that’s been in my experience with our rep. Service/ support on the other hand, being new and untrained on this technology they have been amazing!! Tom O’Hara is a vault of knowledge, is always available to help and takes the time to explain so you can actually learn!! Based on their support alone I give 5 stars, we have other crews working with competitor GPS equipment and aren’t getting nearly the same field level support for first time purchaser/ users.
