I was happy with the real estate services provided here. I would say that I had to answer way too many questions that should have been sent to a mortgage broker or real estate agent so I ended up playing middleman. Otherwise the transactions went off without a hitch, the paperwork was well laid out and all the numbers were broken down so any layperson could understand. It's not my first time with real estate sales so I will say that their speedy response time with emails is certainly a bonus given my demanding/worrying self.

Recently, we completed the purchase of a home in Victoria, with Sitka Law handling the paperwork. Initially, I had chosen Cecilia by browsing the law firms in Victoria, as we did not live in Victoria at the time. We are absolutely grateful for our lucky choice! From the start, all of the communications were prompt, clear, and professional, and the people were personable and approachable. We always got a reassuring or explanatory answer to any questions and we feel that Cecilia's reliable and expert assistance made all the difference in helping us feel confident about the process. Cecilia's assitant, Terien, is a part of the reason we were so impressed. We appreciated all the details Terien provided in her prompt and helpful emails, and especially all the work she did for purchase. We know there is a lot of work behind the tidy piles of paper that were made available to us at our closing meeting. The closing meeting was as calm and purposeful as it could have been, starting with the welcoming and helpful person at reception. Though there is a lot to take in, Cecilia guided us through the process so smoothly. In general, it seemed clear to us that Sitka Law is a place for people who are good at what they do, and who thoroughly enjoy doing a great job. We will return to them for any future legal needs.
