Veronika OlahWe ordered an 8 seat vehicle for our large gathering. When we went to pick it up they could not put the seats into the car! We waited more than one hour until they gave up and said they can only offer the van as a 5 seater. We had no other option so we took the car but were promised a discount. This was already not ideal as we had to drive multiple times to pick up our family and friends from the airport because we didn't have enough seats! After 5 months we still have not received the promised discount for the inconvenience--instead we received an email saying we damaged the car. However the photos that Star Car themselves took before we took the van clearly show the damage was already there. We tried multiple times to call and were promised a return call, a discount, etc. and now suddenly they have charged us over 1000 euros for the damage which we are now disputing with our credit card. None of this is acceptable-we will NEVER use Star Car again and sadly cannot recommend them to anyone. Beware! This is truly the worst case scenario-from the beginning to today it has only been a nightmare. UPDATE: Our credit card agreed that we were not at fault and got us our money back for the false damages. Save yourself the trouble and rent a car elsewhere.

Riley FilteauJust about as great a rental experience as you could ever have. Staff were friendly, we drove away 10 minutes after arrival. Even accommodated with German and English. The large van, Umzugswagen, was nearly new, well maintained, clean, and drove great. Return process smooth and easy. Can highly recommend Starcar.
