I strongly recommend others not to go with this construction. Quality of work is very very worst. Material they are using is low grade. They don't have qualified engineer and workers. Engineer and workers don't know the work. My house wall was constructed cross. Check the image which I posted. In tiles laying image you can check. Electricians they forget to connect the pipe from ground floor to first floor and concrete was done. After that they broken the wall and concrete to take pipe from ground floor. Bathroom tiles not layed properly and water is not draining and leaking in walls outside the bathroom. To others, You are working hard to earn money.. don't waste your money with this construction. They are purely money minded and marketing only. House construction is dream for everyone and don't spoil your dreams like us. Go with other good construction company who are giving importance to quality. Without completing the work they will force to get the key (after making full payment) once you get the key they will not consider you for remaining work. After my post you can see there will be good review and ratings will come because they will ask people who are already constructing the building and house to put good review and ratings. The same happened to me.

Not recommended. Price and specifications are fixed but discussions about it after completion of project is not professionalism. Profit and loss account cannot be discussed with the customer. Cross construction, improper finish, water seepage and wet wall are some of the achievements experimented in my dream house. Don’t get attracted for the price and promises because later they will make it up in the cost and ignore the improper unskilled work. There are many builders who will do better job and service in the market for same cost. The finish will not be as per your expectations because of unskilled laborers and supervisor. Proprietor of the company will ask you payment only but he don’t have any control over his team even if you report to him. I have all the evidence to seek justice. Never and ever kept his promises. My reply to your comment: 1. Project was commenced after signing the agreement and I had paid you advance. 2. It is not adhered to specifications, Renocon mortar was used without my knowledge and you had saved cement and msand, labor cost that was not passed on to me. 3. For the extra work, the calculations were made and had paid as per calculations and settled. 4. Project was prolonged due to your labor issues not by selecting the material. Everytime you had delayed supplier payments. I have selected the tiles, granite and sanitary two months ago. You can very well verify with respective supplier. 5. You had promised that it is more than enough to complete the construction before feb end or 6months. We have given our plans and commitments prior signing the agreement. Proprietor has assured that plastering will be completed by dec end then why did that extend? You guys employ child laborers from Bengal and Bihar and quality of work delivered cannot be justified. Above photos are the proof of it. It is basic civil fault who doesn’t know to do plastering by child labor. The account is settled as per calculations and paid as I never defaulted my payments to you. All over crack. Headroom floor not finished properly for water flow and crack. Water flowing on windows and stagnant in the headroom, some flow over the side. The concrete still breaking as you can see in the photo. Improper curing and plastering. Shape of headroom?? Headroom water seepage after recent rain. This is not to do anything with SGC personally but to be bold to reveal the truth after paid so much for a basic civil constructed house that everyone dream..
