I have always avoided having my hair cut in Boston due to the lack of good salons that know how to handle really thick Asian hair but I’ve found a good one!!! Luna took such good care of my friend and me, we were so happy with our cuts. Super kind, fun to talk to, and listened to everything we wanted while offering experienced advice based on our hair types. So glad to have a new spot in Boston that isn’t exorbitantly priced. Definitely recommend booking with Luna!

Luna cut and styled my hair, and it was literally the best hair cut experience I’ve ever had in my life. She gave me exactly what I asked for and loads of advice on how to maintain and style my new look. She took her time and never made me feel rushed even though she had appointments after. I’ve been going to SKA for ~3 years and have always felt so good about myself after getting my hair cut with them - literally such a confidence booster whenever I get my hair done here. I recently got my hair cut by Luna and she is the absolute sweetest. I’m mixed and often struggle to find someone who understands that my hair texture is unique and isn’t exactly one size fits all. Luna was so validating about that and gave such helpful advice on how to care for my hair. I really appreciate when hair stylists give constructive feedback when you ask for a specific style based on inspo and let you know if it would look good or not while providing alternative solutions. Luna executed it so well. She’s super skilled and wise and knowledgeable in her craft. Luna knows what she’s doing!!!! Highly recommend booking an appointment with her.
