UPD at the end. A few weeks ago I booked over the phone with admin an appointment for couple hydro at 7pm and massage at 8:15. A day before my appointment I check emails and see that she booked me for 5:45 pm hydro and 8:15pm massage, which gave me an hour long break between services. I went to SKA and they were able to change it to correct time. Then the day of the appointment I woke up with fever and called them right away to cancel, same girl tells me that I’ll have to pay 100% fine for late cancellation as the have my card on file. I went on the website and I see that penalty is actually 50%. Call them back and se girl says “oh yea, sorry, it is just 50% and only from Massage price”; Which is a big difference from what she told me at the beginning. After I recovered, I tried to book it now again, call picks up the same girl. I try to book it, now my account for some reason under different name and they don’t have my card on file. This customer service makes it so hard for clients to book and come for appointments. I came there many times before, and every time the service kept getting worse and worse. Now it’s unbearable! Please book somewhere else, as this customer service will just ruin your experience. Next day manger called me and apologized, helped me book my appointment. I just came from that appointment and hot-stone massage was divine! I am happy they were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I will continue going for sure!

First time here and first time in Calgary! Took my friend for her birthday and it was a really lovely, regulating time for both of us to help calm and reset. Staff are very helpful and I appreciated their assistance with a change in our reservations. Facility is top tier; next time I’m in town I will head over and I cannot recommend them enough!

Highly recommend. What a great way to escape within the city! A gem! A great place for a date. I am so happy my husband and I finally got to try. The interior is so welcoming and modern. There is 1 hot and 1 cold pool. They are tiny. The hot pool fits 4 comfortably and maybe 6 max. There is an infrared sauna, steam room, and dry sauna. The lounge area is very comfortable. My husband said its a bit too dark for his liking but I didnt mind. I appreciated the emphasize of using quiet voice to create the relaxing atmosphere. The massage was amazing! One of the best massages I had in a while. It was so relaxing but also got my knots out. They warm up your robe so you after you finish your massage you feel toasty and warm. You literally do not need to bring anything other than a swimsuit which I really appreciated! I would totally go again!

How lucky are we to have this sanctuary of pure bliss in the middle of the city. Everything from a friendly welcome as soon as you walk through the door, the coldest cold plunge and warm steam room, to the reviving massage. I had a wonderful experience and will be recommending to friends. Thank you SKA!
