Andrei NigaYou wouldn’t believe you are in little Taunton, this restaurant is a gem. You go through the door and you are teleported in one of those Portuguese distinct taverns from the streets of Porto. The atmosphere is great, Portuguese music playing in the background, busy waiters bringing all types of delicious food, small tables full of customers that seem they are enjoying themselves. The food was spot on, the skewers of various meat types are the main meal that you can build you dinner, and the “pièce de résistance” is the desert, various glorious cheesecakes. The staff were also great, always ready to serve and accommodate any request, happy and polite.

As a vegetarian there was lots on offer. The house special is a great deal and plenty of food for 2 to share! The halloumi was so nice with the roasted vegetables. The cheesecake was a huge slice and 2 of us couldn’t finish it! Will definitely return!

The atmosphere was buzzing and it felt like we were on holiday. The staff were brilliant, explained the menu to us and were just spot on. The restaurant is very cool, with lovely decor. The food was excellent and we are already planning a return visit to bring our families. So much fun and great for couples, families, friends and special occasions.
