I absolutely love Ulta Beauty! Their Christmas gift sets this year are fantastic—there's such a huge variety of beautifully packaged sets from all my favorite brands, perfect for gifting or treating myself. The holiday deals make it even better! I'm also obsessed with the Dior makeup line now available at Ulta. The quality is luxurious, and the shades are stunning—it's been so fun trying out the lip products and foundations. What really made my visit exceptional was meeting Suzy, one of the beauty advisors. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me find the perfect foundation match for my skin tone and coloring. It fits flawlessly, and I finally feel confident in my base! Thank you, Suzy—you're a star! Ulta never disappoints with their selection, helpful staff, and festive vibe. I'll be back soon! ❤️

I will not, nor will I ever recommend my family or friends to pick up or shop at the location 2707 Aurora Ave, Suite 123, Naperville, IL 60540. I had placed an in-store pick-up and had sent my relative to pick it up for me. I had properly filed in the option for them to pick up my order. When they arrived, they did show their ID promptly, but had to text me for the barcode. This took me approximately 1 minute to send, which I can look back and fact-check on. While this was happening, the employee walked away from the register, the first event of disrespect. When she had returned to the register, she stated "yeah, thank you" in a very condescending tone. After she scanned the QR code, she left to look for my order, but then returned to keep saying that my relative was the secondary person. She repeated this "secondary person" multiple times, as if my relative was supposed to do something, even though everything was already in order. The manager then appeared, who also went on to state that my relative was the secondary person. My relative was then very uncomfortable because the manager and the employee turned their backs on her and where whispering right in front of her face. They finally faced her, then asked whats in the order. This is a question my peers and I have never been asked when picking up an order at Ulta. My relative showed them a receipt of the order that I had sent them. After my relative had done more than they should have, they still were calling her the secondary person. After 7 minutes of continuous disrespect and unclear communication amongst employees, they had pulled it together and found my order. Before they handed my relative my order, they proceeded to give them a lecture on how to properly pick up an order. This was extremely upsetting because my relative did nothing wrong. The fault lied in the unorganized store and employees. We have never had such a frustrating and terrible experience at an Ulta, yet alone any store we have picked up an order at.

I went in to this location for the first time to get my birthday gift. In the past, it was what they gave you. Now you have a choice from so many different products. Which I thought was really cool. Melissa was extremely patient as I was looking through the bin and then as I narrowed it down to 3. I asked her about the different products and she gave me some information about them. It was an easy choice and I was happy. Melissa even wished me a Happy Birthday which I thought was really sweet. She definitely made my Birth-Day!!

I've shopped at this location multiple times and usually it's a pleasant experience. Today however, my experience was terrible. Very understandable that the stock was low because it is after the holidays. However my checkout experience was not good. Kayla who is a lead cashier was not very pleasant from the moment I walked in the door. Her attitude was nasty. I am also an employee for Ulta and I know this is not the experience that guests deserve or even fellow employees from other locations. When I told her what location I worked at she gave a shady comment along the lines of "that explains a lot". I was very offended. Overall, I don't think I'll be back to this location although this is my local Ulta Beauty.
