I just had a wonderful experience with Karen and Laken! I've been to other spas that are highly rated and seeing her was completely different - in the best possible way. Her office is small, beautiful, relaxing; not to mention they have great taste in music and are fun to be around. Most importantly, Karen really took the time to listen to me; she is incredibly skilled, thoughtful, and honest as a provider. I found her through reviews looking for the best esthetician in Austin and I'm hoping to pass it forward. I’ve known Nurse Karen for a long time, but we’ve lived in different places, so never had a chance to connect. We share a group of friends & I remember years ago, one friend’s skin in particular looked radiant- I asked & found out they had been to Karen for a facial. Who knew a facial alone could make such a difference? Anyway, I finally coordinated during a trip to Austin, we had a consultation scheduled- when I left, my skin was clear from the laser treating my capillaries & had a smoother texture from the dermaplaning & mask. have an improved version of my face already & feel amazing! We’re getting together soon to follow through with our treatment plan & I can’t wait. Karen is a joy to be around, she’s knowledgable, honest & open about treatment options. And funny to boot.

Nurse Karen is truly one of a kind! I went in for a microneedling session & it is obvious how much she really cares for the client. Her space is beautiful, her bedside manner is so warm, and clearly she knows a lot about her craft. Recommending her to literally everyone I know in Austin. Trust me, you’re in good hands!
