Bought a balloon ride for my MIL for christmas/her birthday. Suzanne was amazing, because we almost had to reschedule due to others unforseen circumstances, but she was able to work some magic and we got to keep the schedule ride time we requested. She had a blast! Brian and Scott were super kind, and fun to work with. Brian was the pilot, and he made the whole experience so fun for her, she has literally talked about it nonstop for days now! She got to help prep the balloon for take off, blow the balloon up, and take it down after the ride. Plus she got to learn some history behind the hot air balloon too! If you have a Hot Air Balloon enthusiast, or anyone looking for a smooth, fly high kind of ride, we'd definitely recommend SkyCab!

A very well-organized group. Fun sense of humor but professional, did what they needed to do to be safe but still quite personable. The views were incredible and the ride lasted a little over an hour.

I was excited to traverse this fair ride at the annual Cherry Blossom Festival in Macon, Georgia. The team of two or three who came to host this attraction was pretty on top of their game in terms of getting riders on and off the basket, maintaining safety protocols, and providing a memorable experience. The experience was so nice that I have done it at least twice! I would love to go on a true ride beyond 30 ft in the air. I understand that this company has experience with traveling via balloon as high as 16,000 ft in the air & they've been around the world!

I can’t recommend this place enough. The team was so personable and entertaining. They made our private ride so special for my adult daughter and my mom’s birthdays. The views were spectacular. The ride was smooth and nothing about it was scary, especially after we lifted off.
