I don't normally write reviews, but after my experience at this dental office, I must. I booked an appointment for a cleaning at this office after seeing all the good reviews online. I showed up on time for my appointment and was greeted by Christen and Josie who were at the front desk. They were extremely kind and professional and answered all the questions that I had, as it was my first time. It was then that I met Olivia, who was the hygienist that was going to do my cleaning. Admittedly, I don't have the best teeth but she was very kind, professional and also provided me with helpful tips to help maintain healthy teeth. The whole appointment went by very quick and smooth. Upon checking out, I had the pleasure of meeting Tori, the office manager, who was very friendly. I expressed my pleasant experience at the office and asked if she could help me setup another appointment as it was recommended that I do routine cleanings. Tori stopped what she was doing and helped set that up for me without complaining or brushing me off saying she'll do it later. Actions like that made me realize that this dental office really cares for their customers/patients and I couldn't let that go unnoticed, hence the review. To sum up my experience, the staff at this dental office is extremely kind, professional and they show that they care. I couldn't recommend this office highly enough.

I recently visited Rockwest Dental for a routine cleaning and had a great experience. The office was clean, modern, and well-organized. The staff were professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. A special mention to Christen at the front desk—she was friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The dental hygienist was thorough and gentle, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Rockwest Dental for anyone looking for a professional and comfortable dental experience. I'll definitely be returning!

Excellent service! I have only visited twice but both experiences have been great! The two dentists I had were both very thorough in their treatment and continued to check to see if I was comfortable during my dental procedures. The assistants were also very attentive and helpful. Front desk office administrators were very good at answering all my questions and made booking and rescheduling a cinch! Will definitely recommend to others. One thing though, do dental clinics not give out the dental goodie bags (toothbrush, floss, toothpaste, etc.) any more? Maybe it's a thing of the past, but I do remember getting one at other clinics. I keep forgetting to ask them about it when I visit, but it is if no real consequence! As long as I'm happy with their service and my teeth are well-taken care if, that is the most important thing! Thanks so much for making the transition from my previous dentist so easily!

I had an amazing experience at Rockwest Dental. Tori and Christen at the front desk are so welcoming! My dental hygienist Olivia was phenomenal. I am often nervous about my dentist appointments, but Olivia always makes my experience very enjoyable! Dr. Swaida is also SO kind and patient. Love coming here and I highly recommend!
