I couldnt open my Suzuki Swift and suspected a battery issue. I called Fasnan, and despite being on another job, he came promptly after finishing. Fasnan was able to open the car from underneath, confirmed the battery was no longer working, and went straight to Halfords to purchase a new one. With a discount. The process was smooth, professional, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the fast response and thorough service. Highly recommended. We will check in the future what is draning the battery since it was changec by another mechanic of AA les than 2 years ago

Great mobile mechanic who I can't recommend highly enough. I called Faznan yesterday after seeing the dreaded engine management light appear. He came out today, carried out a diagnostic and really helped put my mind to rest. Everything was explained very clearly including the work needed to move forward. It turns out, it's not the end for this car and it is a very simple fix which I will definitely be using him for. He also serviced the car which I was very happy with.
