I can’t thank you enough for all your extraordinary efforts. Nick went above and beyond to make sure my repair was done right. I had a back glass of an iPhone repair done. Unfortunately if you’ve ever had that repaired it is very tricky because of a small connection. Long story short, my phone worked great then started glitching. Nick didn’t hesitate to make it right and repaired my phone again. I haven’t had any issues since. His prices are fair and his turn around time is remarkable. Thank you for all your effort. I appreciate that you stand by your work and making things right. This is why we continue to use your establishment time and time again. This is now my 3rd phone repair with Nick over the years. Each experience has been superb.

My laptop repair took weeks with no results, and the phone screen repair, after months of delay, failed within 48 hours. The phone's screen cracked due to temperature fluctuations near a window; additionally, my Galaxy S23, left in a 130+ degree car and then brought inside to 68 degrees, is currently being used to write this review.

My son dropped his iPhone down the toilet! It wouldn't turn on. They were extremely helpful, even though they were very busy. He kept in contact with us, constantly letting us know what was happening because it really was not a simple procedure. What he thought it was, turned out to not be that! Im not going to lie, I was expecting the price to keep going up! But it was exactly what he first said and kept the cost down. Then he was very patient when my son kept asking for help every 2 minutes because he forgot his passwords! Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
