Charen and Art are simply the best in the business. They are a one stop shop who are excellent in both Real Estate and Financing. They know how to match property and buyer. They go further by finding and arranging the best possible mortgage. When we were in the market for our first home, all we had to do was to tell them what we have in mind for our first home and our budget. They found the perfect property, asked us to check it out and gave us the amount we should give as an offer. We honestly thought that our offer was too low given how good the property is.
