Let me start out by saying I normally do not write reviews but due to the great job Ryan did for us at Smart-Mortgage i felt we should do something to show how wonderful of a company they are. So to start out we randomly called up Smart-Mortgage on a weekend evening and he guess who answers Ryan, Who we have been working with from day one he helped answer all of our question and was very thorough. We maybe spent 2 hours on the phone just going over details. Little did we know he would also be super knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home. He really showed great patience and that he cares about his customers and he does his job to make sure the end result is the best outcome not only for the lender but also for the customer he helped get us in a great program that best fit our specific needs and requirements. He laid out clear options and made sure we where informed every step of the way. We where informed of every change and any deadlines with advanced notice as well as email text or phone calls. You can't go wrong with Smart Mortgage its the smart choice. You will not find a better mortgage lender period.

I can’t believe I didn’t leave a review. I’m so sorry. My husband and I close on our home in February 2022. I found Michelle through a Google search and I am so happy that I did. Michelle and her team for absolutely amazing, they fought for us three times over again when we were wanting to give up because of the housing market being a sellers market and appraisals were not going through. Michelle and her team explained everything from A-to-Z, we started the process back in October and what was supposed to take 30 days took a little longer not due to Michelle but due to the seller, and Michelle was still very patient working with us in our first time home buying experience.
