The staff were friendly. However, the dentist didn't have any bedside manner during the two appointments I had last summer. During my second visit, they removed a supposed small cavity even though I've taken care of my teeth my whole life and have never had any poor feedback or signs of poor dental hygiene. Regardless, I scheduled a second appointment to get it removed. They were not gentle during the numbing procedure. I was blinded with the lighting as they did not provide any glasses for eye protection. Maybe it's not the norm to provide glasses here, but that's something I was used to in other states. Being new to town, I was hopeful to have a positive experience based on the reviews. Overall, I just wish the dentist was more hospitable/friendly as they're supposed to be serving others.
